Why not any of those? What exactly is the problem? Why shouldn't adults define their own marriages with whatever partners they want? It's a marriage contract- so it would be limited to people who can contract- namely adults. What's the big deal? Most people just want to marry one person- but for people who want more than one, who cares? Serial marriage and divorce- which we have now- is so much better? I think not.
