"When Israeli goes into South Lebanon how does it distinguish between a Hezbollah member that is pretending to be a person in the crowd, and a person in the crowd?" It's easy Elroy. EVERYONE they kill is labeled "Hezbollah", and those they can't label that way are "unfortunate collateral damage". Certainly every man of military age is Hezbollah. Just as every man of military age we kill in Iraq is an insurgent.
