I posted over at the Residential Crash thread my timing was a bit off months ago but... The 12 ROC has been a net positive since May which means they will break the Mid May easily in future. I could give more technical stuff but I stand behind they will be much higher next year. The yearly selloff has not even come close to the buy interest in previous years...yet weekly volume base climbs year after year.
