Ain't no dead cat given the YOY momentum. In 18 months new highs with start as early as 6 mons. depending on how long the market wants to drag this out. Why... yes, demand slowing but prices are still going up. I could not care less is prices fell 20% over the couple of years...profits will still be higher than two years ago.
