Riley:<Just spoke with Gary Morgan and my numbers are correct (approx ballpark...infield figures). The talk about the treasury stock being nonexistent is bunk. The company has the approx. 471k shares in certificate form, but may not be calling it treasury stock(TS), but in my book and the brokers I confide with we consider it TS..... Now this is truely an incredible statement. The company has almost 500k of stock <VVBG>, but your saying it's not treasury stock and this mysterious stock( which Gary said didn't exist and you say does) is in certificate form, but not reported in any SEC form. Is it being held in a secret offshore account that Gary and all shareholders, but you don't know about? Perhaps they bought their own Reg S stock<g>? I would appreciate hearing your logic behind such an absurd post. Kenny
