You are in serious denial about Bush-Cheney's anti-environmental pro-pollution positions. Or else you are being extremely dishonest.

If you don't believe me, listen to Christy Todd Whitman. She wrote a book about Bush's EPA and stressed the fact that pollution lobbyists infiltrated it and made her job impossible. They did not want environmental protection, they wanted almost no enforcement and the rolling back of almost every roll. The Arsenic levels scandal was just one of hundreds of examples.

The book "Dirty Truth" about Bush's terrible environmental record in Texas was written by a former Texas regulator. He presents all the facts, figures, raw evidence etc. without much of any opinion. He is a boring writer, but boy does he nail Bush showing us how Enron (Bush's largest contributor ever) and many major polluters would contribute money to Bush then get permission to pollute to their heart's delight. That's all just a fact. And also a fact is that Cheney is one of the worst enemies of the environment in DC. He is a glorified lobbyist for every big polluter and only cares about the environment on his private ranch in Wyoming.
