Just dont ask for Dell help.

They were so bad, I returned it in 4 days.

The final straw was when they told me that Fidelity Investments gave me a virus. Thats when I asked for the return desk

Also, they did NOT refund the total amount. Clipped me for $50

Returned it in Dec, but in Feb they called me to ask if I would buy the extended warranty
