CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2006--Click Commerce, Inc. (Nasdaq:CKCM), a leading provider of on-demand supply chain management solutions, today announced that Tolt Technologies Service Group, a leading provider of managed services for technology equipment, selected the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution to help improve execution efficiency and scalability across its service operations. Click Commerce Returns and Repair will enable Tolt to reduce labor costs, improve inventory control, and drive flexible process execution across its national network of returns and repair centers. Tolt Technologies Service Group manages high volume service and repair of electronic equipment, such as point-of-sale terminals and computers. Every day, Tolt's service supply chain manages the flow of thousands of service components including computer motherboards, disk drives, power supplies, and monitors. With an expanding customer base and rapid growth in service transactions, Tolt recognized that it needed a solution to help automate and optimize the returns and repair process. Specifically, Tolt wanted to more effectively manage inventory in various conditions, as well as complex returns and repair workflows across its extended service network, while continuing to meet all service level commitments.
