Keith Maydak announces imminent litigation against Concorde Diversified (CCDX) CCDX 8/2/2006 3:33:54 AM Paul Taylor, President of Concorde Diversified, f/k/a Concorde Resources Corp. (OTC: CCDX), advised that Keith Maydak’s name would be included in upcoming litigation that his nominees intended to file. "I’ve done nothing but pass along information to boost value for CCDX shareholders, and in return, I appear to be the subject of an extortion attempt by its President, Paul Taylor," Maydak said. Maydak explained that upcoming lawsuits against CCDX and its affiliates will entail allegations of violations of Pennsylvania’s spam laws relating to a massive email attack on his network pumping CCDX stock, misleading press releases involving CCDX’s purported acquisition of Terrax Inc., and fraudulent claims of investments through a shell company formed by CCDX and Taylor himself known as Morgan Guaranty Company LLC. "Somebody needs to protect the public from the CCDX pump and dump program. Pinksheets.com already advised that the company is engaging in unlawful acts promoting its own stock, but that did not act as a deterrent." Maydak is known as an avid human rights activist who has gained considerable media attention through his consumer and human rights oriented lawsuits.
