Ethanol,oil seeds lift ADM profit. The agricultural products maker ADM more than doubled Q4 earnings to 62c a share, beating views by a dime. Operating profit from its corn processing unit surged 69% from higher prices and sales volumes of ethanol and corn-based sweeteners. Oil seed processing operating profit jumped 61%. Revenue edged up 1% to $9.55 bil, slightly below views.
