OT: Marcos, I always laugh about the moveable boundaries of North America according to the speaker's political imperatives. Shortly after 9/11, while the hysteria was in full flight and there was talk about establishing a continental defense perimeter, I used to needle the reactionaries by pointing out that Latin America and the Caribbean, including Cuba, are part of North America. Sputtering ensued. That also reminds me of one of my favourite bumper stickers dating back to American war on Central America in the 1970s. 'US out of North America Now!' LC
