He feel the agreements will be in place before the 3rd qtr conf call with the big 3 (csco, adct, nt) and feels those agreements will have a positve effect on the value of NUKOs shares. As for the filings to sell...I dont think the sales have been made as yet and they had to refile. check the form 4 filings rather than the 144s
