No one is calling for, or has implemented "no regulators".

De-regulation means getting rid of regulations, but it never means getting rid of all regulations or regulators.

Properly applied deregulation not only provides the benefits of lower costs and greater flexibility in the private sector, it also allows the regulators to focus on more serious issues, and solve real problems rather than enforcing a myriad of complex regulations, many of which produce little real good.
