In addition to documentary record proving you flat wrong, it's also interesting that Israel cited two incidents as its reason for invading Lebanon in 1982:

1. Assassination of someone in London by an enemy of the PLO
2. Israeli tank blown up by land mine while in Lebanese territory

These pretexts made Israel look like a bunch of clowns because they were so preposterous. Had there been any actual incidents of PLO cross-border terrorism, Israel would have cited them.

But once again whatever happened in the 80s in Lebanon, Hezbollah initiated the attacks this time.

No, Israel initiated the attacks when they planted a car bomb in Sidon and when they flew in Lebanese air space with armed fighter jets. Hezbollah's response was measured and smart.

1. They flew a drone into Israel to find military targets
2. They captured some Israeli soldiers
3. They publicly stated they didn't want war, just prisoner exchange
4. Israel bombed civilians and military targets in Lebanon
5. Hezbollah fired rockets at military and civilian targets in Israel
