We are talking about two different things now Kirk. The question was what is CAPITULATION? You're in the soft landing camp right? If the FED does manage to engineer a soft landing then there will be no total market capitulation. In that case the high put to call ratio will help to support your recent profitable buys. But what if you are wrong? RtS
