Bush-Cheney are the ones who've devastated the CIA and also outed a top covert CIA agent during war-time. Even five years after 9-11, we heard when Porter Goss resigned (for some sex scandal that wasn't revealed) that the CIA is in total upheavel. The real intel agents are actively hostile to Cheney-Rumsfield's gang and they know Tenet was used and abused to take the blame for all the pre-war lies. The CIA is furious at Bush-Cheney, and a large part of the military is as well. I have not heard a single CIA officer bash the Clinton administration. Have you?
