Outstanding news, hopefully we can also find available water which would make settlement easier. It would also be desirable to have a earthward location to facilitate communication. We could settle the other side of the moon, but it would require a network of lunar satellites to be able to maintain constant communication with Earth. I also suspect such a project would become a team effort among nations. * * *
