I studied the S+L debacle. The real problem was they refused to enforce regulations.

I can't see how they agree, but I also don't see how the discussion is going to get anywhere.

I would venture to say that every major energy company is now involved in aggressive price gouging

You venture to say a lot of things but rarely have anything to back it up.
