Etana - The record date for the merger was Aug. 28th; anyone owning ROTC at that time will vote on the merger proposal regardless of whether the position was/is sold after that date. The proxy material has been approved by the SEC and is currently being prepared for mailing. The mailing should take place within the next week or so. The ROTC shareholder's meeting to vote on the merger is currently scheduled for Oct. 21st. Assuming approval, I'm pretty sure the merger would be completed before the end of the month.
