Re Fed pause: With home prices flat and the news media warning about a possible fall, stable interest rates remove the incentive to get in right now and encourages fence sitting imo. Wall St., on the other hand, is once again, is jumping on the Fed pause possibility as if good times are right around the corner and it may take a few months worth of data to disprove that to their satisfaction.
