Sure the overbuilt condo market is in serious trouble too and this won't end any time soon.

For now a nice short squeeze rally into the fed meeting is what they want. Most everybody who was once a believer in the group has sold by now. Mr market always tries to screw the most people in the quickest period of time. Who knows they could push many of these builders back up to the declining 200 dma now that some are actually above the 50 dma for the first time since April. Haven't seen an open candle like today in a while.
