The four accused soldiers — Pfc. Corey R. Clagett, Spc. William B. Hunsaker, Staff Sgt. Raymond L. Girouard and Spc. Juston R. Graber — initially said the detainees were killed because they tried to escape, but military prosecutors have said they were freed before being shot. If this is the truth, they definitely need to be tried and punished for murder. You don't kill detainees. You forward them to the rear for questioning. You certainly don't free them so you can have an excuse to shoot them... Hawk
