This seems pretty flakey to me, but the conference call/announcement has now been moved to tommorrow morning at 8:30 EST. The phone number is (719) 386-9006. Ask for TII. Apparently, they have delayed this as further details are being assembled for presentation. As disconcerting as these seemingly unprofessional delays are, I am still reasonably confident that this contract with Bell Atlantic/Nynex will move the stock higher, and that some other pokers that TIII has in the fire may move the stock even further. I've heard upper teens to 20s (based on the potential news/contracts, especially for their Cable surge protectors), but would be thrilled with low/mid teens. We'll see tommorrow. Steve
