there are some firms on the list, Draper etc. Depends on the business plan. If they want to make it as an independent company, as opposed to selling out to Detroit they need a lot of money. Google and Cisco didn't need money- they took it anyway for the contacts and legitimacy. One thing for this car company would be a relationship with the battery industry, not sure who that is, but that is key I'd say Anyway great to see ventures like this
