You leave out the fact that Saddam rebuilt his infrastructure very shortly after the first Gulf War. Are you inferring that Saddam is better than Haliburton? And regarding Japan and Germany, do you think old school theories work in a new school environ?

If you were to seriously, and sensibly, analyze what the Bush Administration has accomplished you'd discover it has, in fact, by its foreign policies, created more Islamo Fascist Terrorists.

This is precisely what America should have done in the aftermath of 9/11. I don't think sending GOPwinger Karen Hughes around to Muslim nations in the midst of the Bush Wars and well after 9/11 was sufficient. Do you?
