I think Utah is a good choice because we wouldn't have to displace too many people. There is still a lot of open land in Utah. Places like Puerto Rico are more densly populated.

Good point. With PR, I was trying to stick with the island theme. However, with their latest bombing foray on N. Lebanon, I could care less whether they have a state or not.
