Yes, indeed, Pluvia's right (and mine and yours too) to make anonymous comments seems to be threatened, and I am sympathetic. He or she, like you and me, is a poster on SI and easy to identify with.

So sure, let's have a suit and waste a couple of hundred thousand dollars and lots of person hours. Maybe Pluvia or Westergaard will get a huge settlement, and the other one will get a job washing lawyers' limousines, and have a nice Thanksgiving at the soup kitchen.

Sure, lets all sue each other. Good idea.
