Lieberman and the Secret Chamber Big Business's Favorite Senator East of the Mississippi By Ralph Nader counterpunch.org This year, the Chamber endorsed many Republican Senators, but only two Democratic Senators - - Senator Ben Nelson (Neb.) and Senator Joseph Lieberman (Conn.). In supporting Senator Lieberman, the Chamber wrote that "his cumulative voting score with the Chamber is the highest of any Democratic Senator in the Northeast."
