They need to come up with better plan than 15 hrs free.
One thing to do is user will get a credit after certain
months rather than 15 hour free. They really don't
have a competitor, so they shouldn't waste more than
50M to market it. One thing I feel AOL hiding some income
based on their CEO's rosy prediction before their quarterly
report. Another thing is that the expense for development
should also decrease after the Joint Ventures get
established.

What Wall Street likes most is not one or two quarter's
big earnings but continue to grow and continue to beat
its expectation. AOL's earning will meet or beat the
wall street expectation for the next quarter. It will
be just one or two cents. Then for the next two quarters
they will have great earning and they will hide earning
again.
