I think Jimmy Rodgers is an IDIOT when it comes to inflation / interest rate stuff. He has been wrong beyond all recognition over the past 5 - 10 years on these issues. Yet (if you can stand to listen to him when he is interviewed), he'll talk about making "boatloads of money" being long commodities. The people who have made "boatloads of money" lately were the people who bought zero coupon U.S. Treasury bonds. Jon.
