If I understand correctly, if I purchase shares in TRH.IRS (Is this the ticket symbol for this company?) so that it clears in my account by Oct 3rd. Then on Oct 15th I will get $0.20297 per share put in my account. Some additional questions :

1) SHould I buy now since others may want to capture the dividend and hence drive up the price of the stock by Oct3rd?

2) When do I sell to ensure the dividend is not reflected in the price after it is paid? How does one know if it will be or not. If I knew for sure, I could sell the stock the day after I bought it.

3) Can this stock be purchased with a discount broker account like DATEK, e-trade, PCFN? I presently only have Fidelity but I am setting up an account with DATEK to ensure the lowest commissions for this techique of Div Capture.

Thanks for your time, John
