Here's a post from eureferendum analysing the pictures. I have read elsewhere that "Mr. Green Helmet" has been identified as a mortician who picks up dead bodies in a refrigerated truck, which was at Qana. That would explain why some of the bodies did not look freshly killed - he seeded the display with extra corpses he had handy.
