What's so difficult to understand about the caveat on this optional trade???

"We recommend subscribers interested in taking advantage of this recommendation act immediately."

Those not interested of course remained in cash. Like some other newsletter writers, I personally know hundreds and hundreds and maybe even thousands of people who were not interested in taking advantage of this recommendation.

Some of them even post on other message boards we all know and love.
