You can prosecute attacks against Christians as hate crimes under German law. I know David Duke thinks it's all against the white man in Europe, but that really isn't the case. Europeans recognize that there are hate crimes against Christians, and that there are hate crimes against whites- just as I showed you it is recognized in the US (although you implied it is not, AND told me the Seattle gunmen would not be charged with a hate crime, even though he was, as I figured he would be.) You have been wrong a great deal on these issues. I don't know where you are getting your information, but you might want to rethink your ideas. The Germans do (understandably) have a big case of the Aryan guilt complex, but their law is written so that any attack motivated by race, religion, national origin, ethnicity qualifies as a hate crime, not just crimes against Muslims.

As to progressive I've no idea what you are talking about. I never said the laws were progressive, and, in fact, said that I figured they would moderate with time. You are the one who seems to think that I think that these laws are a good idea, even though I've told you I don't think that. Very strange. Perhaps you could stop doing that now?
