Condi Rice merely reads speeches and parrots talking points. She is not allowed to express an original thought. Her key to getting ahead was kissing the Bush family's ass, and being a black woman. That's about it. Anyone who thinks for themselve in the Bush administration gets fired, in case you hadn't noticed.
