Who is Magellan? Also, why would an increase in stock price prompt them to file a law suit, unless a price increase HURTS THEM in some way. This is obviously from the same shorting group that released the phony press release, indicating that OVIS didn't exist. Another dirty trick to scare us into selling. Law suit? Yeah, the naked shorters are going to sue us for buying stock? Okay, whatever.
