They should pull back to the 1967 borders and say they WILL respond if attacked, proportionatly. Then, maybe they'd have some credibility and moral authority. After 20 years or so of this, their Arab neighbors might come to accept them, having overcome 50 years of obdurate pugnacity, backed by the world's only remaining superpower, us. WE could assist them in this by not supporting them past all reason.
