Another ugly sign that something is not right...we KNOW they can state that 'after the rs our share structure will be......' and then list the numbers..they can then immediately go and start printing more shares...as many as they want....but answer this......lets just keep it very simple....how can the company possibly know the share count numbers considering the terms of this deal....very simple..they are GIVING AWAY FREE SHARES and they DONT KNOW HOW MNANY THEY HAVE TO GIVE AWAY......It could be MILLIONS of shares...So, the company KNOWS it is giving away FREE shares, but does NOT know how many, but somehow they DO KNOW the share count?? LMAO.......Common sense says they CANT know the share count because they have no idea how many shares they are giving away.....but they probably dont care because they are probably printing shares imo.
