If only I knew, my overall take is that this company has enormous potential, but the last few pices in the puzzel has to come together.
I believe that the distance learning (e-school) side of the buisness alone 2-3 years down the line can make ACTV a "company" with decent revenues and positive earnings, but the big upside is the entertainment side, if we anticipate that the penetration rate here in US will exceed 10% (remember Montreal has 26%) then we have a real winne on hand. We need though the digital boxes to be distributed in big # and fast, by the way the reason why they do Texax first is because that is the place where the most massive distribution of digital boxes are being made, and right now. So if that trend continues and it will especially if ACTV becomes a succes in Texas then we will all be very happy but it will take some time. The EPS (earnings per share) is very difficult to deternine as we do not know exactly how they are going to finance the roll out, but expect part of it to be equity so we will see some dilution. If only they can "drag" out the bigger parts of the financing untill the stock hopefully are at at much higer price then we wont get diluted as much. I know that I probably did not answer your question clear but I for one do not want to hype the stock, IF they succed as mentioned above the price will take care of it self, we just all have to be patient (and thats the toughest part).
I personally have cost averaged my position by buying more down here. Just remember what ever you do do not risk more $ than you can afford to lose.
