LOL...UM, well first, longs better HOPE they file...I certainly would not be surprised if they DONT file.....but if they do, yep, there better be huge profit numbers to support this, which I think is very unlikely and if they do file, do they really think they will see the share structure company claims right now? These people are crazy if they believe that..they are giving away free shares for gods sake which makes it obvious they DONT KNOW the share structure and how do they claim to have such a low float, but plan to give away so many free shares?? COMMON SENSE...PRINT MORE SHARES!!!!...likely diluting the hell out of this as we speak....do longs not realize this very well could be happening and is a more likely secenario then anything else? Will PAVC start putting out UNAUDITED numbers or official AUDITED numbers...or none at all? And again, once they file, it is PAST, meaning they could file today and as soon as the filing hits, they could dilute by a billion shares and not say a word. Do longs not realize this? How many POS's before PAIV have done exactly that? Almost every penny stock out there to be honest...so why do longs feel this will not happen here? Pathetic they can be that blind......Longs need to wake up and learn a bit more about how the equities market works...it is shocking to see so many people not seeing the very obvious....
