I always enjoy your thinking EC. I have said more or less the same thing for 40 years re your lesson in logic-lol:

Quite simply put (much simpler than you put it-lol), if one says there must be a god because the universe is so perfect, or organized, sophisticated,etc, they are compelled to ask then where did god come from? ; as a god who created this sophistcated universe would need to be even more sophisticated!

Religous people will then say well, god always existed. Then the logical response is: "why could the universe not always have existed.

In sum where did god come from? It is much easier to guess where the universe came form. A vacuum energy flucuation-lol.

Ironically we pretty much know how evolution created the biomass we see on earth; and speculation has it that maybe the inorganic universe itself was created by an inorganic evolution.
