The thing about Yugoslavia was that you had Clinton in the White House and Wesley Clark on the ground. We won a war without losing one soldier. There is no way that these Keystone Kops have that kind of intellect at the top or that kind of general in the field. Much was made of Monica being busy under his desk while Clinton talked to generals about strategy in The Balkans. I would say that Bush should at least try a willing page to get off the loser cycle, gender to be determined by him.
