Hey naysayers! Can any of you explain to me why someone would sue because the price of a stock has gone up? Maybe I should sue Bill Gates. I would really like to own Microsoft but the company is just too damn expensive. Can anyone give a motive for this suit which does not include the statement 'Magellan is short shares of OVIS that it thinks will cost it tens of millions of dollars to replace'? Court cases take years. Short calls take days. Cha-Ching! I think I hear a cash register.
