Hawk, I think everyone here believes Syria and Iran support/fund Israel. Nasrallah's manifesto is on the internet, very straightforward, easy to to read. All these parties are known quantities.

IMO, the unknown quantity is Israel. They talk the peace plans but continue to encroach on Arab land by building settlements in West Bank....we don't stop them....now they're building in the Golan Heights.

So it gets back to the discussion last night. What should be done? Obviously, Bush won't reign in Israel, so how far should the USA, most likely on its own, go in order to stop Nasrallah, Iran and Syria?

This thing seems to be escalating....how far should U.S. go militarily?
