Bad idea. Good idea to sue selectively. A good selection is Pluvia v. Westergaard for one, 'cause Westergaard, from his commercial site, where the possibility of quid pro quo is nonexistent, made a public proclamation of a bounty on Pluvia, which must be answered in court, since nowhere else can intent to damage without recourse by victim be properly asessed.

Now, had the whole thing started and ended here on SI, in an open forum, well, you would not see me get excited. But public spats in public places, are not like private bounties broadcast by potentates.

Bounced Czech
(Go get'im Pluvia!)
