The actions in the name of the UNSC should be done collectively and not unilaterally. 49 nations, according to their desire and ability, did collectively participate in the overthrow of Saddam, more than participated in Desert Storm. And the last time I checked, that represented over 1/4 of the 192 members of the UN. How many UN members actually supported Saddam and provided soldiers to defend Iraq? Hawk
