Where are they now. They were promised some of the rebuilding of Iraq money, but the US kept it for itself. Wait.. it was US money in the first place!!! Where are the European donations, and construction projects aimed at rebuilding Iraq? Why should the US taxpayer be required to "bribe" other countries with a "cut" from our foreign aid to Iraq?? Hawk
