How is that "exactly your point". Israeli reporting of Israeli deaths is fairly immune to "In a war, the first casualty is the truth." They couldn't lie about the deaths and have the lie hold for more than a very short time if they wanted to. OTOH Hezbollah can lie about the deaths of Hezbollah members. They can refuse to report the death, or they can say it was a civilian death.
