Nonsense. Israel may have the ability and motivation to lie about Lebanese casualties, but it would be next to impossible for them to sustain a lie that was a large divergence from the Israeli casualty numbers. A very small divergence might be possible but it would be rather useless. If 100 Israelis had died Israel might be able to say it was 105 or 95 and just possibly get away with it but it couldn't claim something wildly different like 10 or 1000. Hezbollah could claim wildly inaccurate figures.
