I think this increased the number of floating shares. The total number of share for UFAB IPO is 2.815 million shares. And this company got 1.715 million of them, accounting for almost 61% of IPO. This for sure contributes to the votality of the stock price. In another word, if this 1.715 million shares had been bought by more than one party, they would have not sold them all. A lot of people buy this stock because they see the success of FGII and GIFI (including myself). But how many people have compared the percentage of insider holding with FGII's insider holding? Friede Goldman International directors and officers owning 58.3 percent of their common stocks. Then what is the percentage of insider holding for UFAB? Can anybody here give me an anwser? I tried to find this information but failed. Anyway, the point I want to make here is that there must be some reason for the unusual votality of this stock. This kind of votality is unseen for FGII and GIFI.
